Food Traders –  We pride ourselves on providing a range of fabulous foods served from beautiful traders for our attendees to enjoy. Deadline for applications 1st March 2024

Festival Fashion Traders – We are looking for traders to fill our fashion emporium Vulva Voom. Deadline for applications 1st March 2024

Live Event Volunteers – Come join the Wild Wood Team in exchange for a free ticket! We ask for a deposit which will be returned to you once you’ve completed 2x short shifts during the festival. Shifts are only 4 hours long and between 9:30am and 9:30pm so you never have to be up super early or miss a headliner.

Decor Volunteers – We are also looking for creative and artistic volunteers to help with decor on the week leading up to the festival and the days after. We ask for a deposit which will be returned to you once you’ve completed 3 days during the build and/or break of the festival. In exchange you will get 2 meals/day on the days you’re working, and the entire festival off to dance to your hearts content. We require our decor volunteers to have prior creative experience.

Art Installations, Immersive Experiences and Festival Fun – We want to fill our woods with art installations and out of the ordinary experiences.  In the past we have booked touring art installations, housed small venue and experiences in the woods, worked with local artists on small decor projects, and given funds to art students at local colleges to pitch an idea to us and then showcase it at our event.
